Scholarships within the School of Arts and Humanities

The School of Arts and Humanities is offering scholarship opportunities for students entering study in the academic year 2024-25. All scholarship schemes are assessed on a competitive basis judged on academic record, aptitude for research, quality of research proposal and willingness to play an active role within our research community, including an engagement in teaching-related activities, recruitment, marketing, and School-wide initiatives, seminars and other research events. If you are shortlisted then you will be invited to an interview, conducted remotely via Teams. The School has approximately 300 research students, forming a vibrant research community, and PGR students also become members of the University’s wider PGR community, led by the Graduate School.
