Just Futures Centre

“The mission of this centre is to work together to understand the challenges and co-produce the solutions that will be needed to bring about more just futures for children, young people, families, communities and society at large, locally, nationally and internationally.”

Aims:

• to undertake applied research that enhances understandings of the lives of children, young people and families living in contexts of change and uncertainty.
• to promote the participation of children, young people and families in research, policy and practice working collaboratively with professional stakeholders to coproduce solutions.
• to work with local, national and international stakeholders as consultants, evaluators and researchers to promote evidence-informed changes in policy and practice in order to promote just, equitable and sustainable lives for children, young people in their families and communities.
